Deposit Policy:

To confirm a reservation the 50% deposit of the total stay is required. One day prior to arrival the other 50% deposit should be done.

If the reservation is made 7 days prior to arrival, 100% deposit is required to confirm.
For reservations with stay from December 20th. to January 6th. 100% deposit is required to confirm.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations  received  72 hours prior to arrival will not have a penalty charge.  After 72 hours, the deposit will be non refundable.

Cancellation Package Policy:

Cancellation free of charge if cancelled prior 48hrs of arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 48Hrs of arrival date 1 night value will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 24 Hrs of arrival date 100% of stay value will be charged.

No show policy: 100% of stay value will be charged.
