You May Want To Know
Light sleepers must keep in mind that Puerto Vallarta´s Guadalupe church is very close to the Hacienda and the church bells may take some getting use to. For most travelers though, they are part of the sounds of the destination and a charming addition to the experience. Also, please note that the owners´ pet pups are on the hotel premises. Finally, although Tripadvisor classifies the Hacienda as a B&B, it is not that at all.

Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. All rates quoted are for prepaid reservations only, prepayment may also be made by check via express mail to Mexico or bank wire transfer to our US account additional time can be granted for these forms of payment, previous notification required.
Reservations paid by credit card upon arrival will be charged a 10% surcharge. Please note that reservations secured by credit card and then paid with cash or traveler´s check upon arrival will not be subject to the surcharge.
For High and Low Season bookings (Jan. 1 to May. 31 /Jun. 1 to Oct. 31 / Nov. 1 to Dec. 17): No charge will be applied to your credit card until check in time. Reservations for more than one room a 50% deposit of the complete stay required at time of booking, the balance should be paid 90 days prior to arrival.
For Holiday Season bookings (Dec. 18 to Dec. 31): 50% of the total stay is due upon reservation confirmation and full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
High and Low Season (Jan. 1 to May. 31 / Jun. 1 to Oct. 31 / Nov. 1 to Dec. 17): All cancellations will have one night cancellation fee; 45 days or less, the entire amount will be due, the possibility to refund will depend on ability to re-rent the room.
Holiday Season (Dec. 18 to Dec. 31): All deposits & payments are non refundable.

Robin Manoogian is a US-licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist from NYC, licensed in NY and NJ. She is nationally certified in acupuncture and herbology by NCCAOM (National Certification Council of Acupuncturists & Oriental Medicine).
She is also a yoga teacher. She has been a Mexican resident since 1999.
