Q. How much commission do you pay agents?
A. Our hotels generally pay a 10% commission, based on room rate. Some offer more and we run special agent promotions at times and MBH is constantly developing special promotions for our travel agents colleagues. Contact us to found out more.
Q. How fast do you pay commissions?
A. MBH helps you make sure you get paid quickly within the first 25 days after the guest departure. We’re your ally in Mexico and contact the hotel to follow-up on pending payments. Our hotels are great at pampering your guests but they’re also very busy doing so. We make sure they don’t forget to process payments and everybody is happy and served.
Q. Do you organize FAM trips?
A. Yes, we do organize FAM trips. Normally they are on an individual basis (our hotels are very small) but we can also coordinate small groups in some cases.
Q. Anything we need to know in terms of how to work with you?
A. Just call us (or write) and identify yourself as a travel specialist. We’d like to get to know you, see how we can help and recommend the best experiences for your clients.
Q. Anything else we must know?
A. Yes, and it’s very important! MBH offers full pre-arrival and post-departure concierge service for you and your clients. For all hotels, in all destinations. So our concierge helps you get ALL the information your clients needs pre-trip and also follows up on satisfaction—and commission payment—afterwards. We want you to relax when booking with us and know that both yourself and your client will be well taken care of. We won’t elaborate more on this. You really must experience our difference.
