One of the main attributes Boutique Hotels possess is that in each of their details we can find the work, tastes and dreams of the people who have worked in creating these spaces for their guest’s delight.\u00a0 Today we present to you an interview with Leobardo Espinoza, who tells us more about Mes\u00f3n Sacrist\u00eda de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/a><\/p>\n Your profession:<\/em> Bachelor in Business Management by the Universidad de Las Am\u00e9ricas Puebla.<\/p>\n Your preferred quotation or life philosophy:<\/em> Mie favorite word is “balance”.<\/p>\n Where are you from?<\/em> Proudly from Puebla<\/p>\n How do you define a boutique hotel?<\/em><\/p>\n As a unique, unrepeatable place, one which offers rooms and spaces beyond traditional hotels. A magic place to enrich the traveler’s spirit.<\/p>\n What is the concept behind your hotel? Your inspiration?<\/em><\/p>\n For my family the fact that we don’t go after financial benefit by operating the hotel has been fundamental. We strive for the guest’s satisfaction, for making their trip an unforgettable experience and getting them to know Puebla in all its architectonical, gastronomical and cultural splendor.<\/p>\n What life lessons have you learned by opening\/operating your hotel?<\/em><\/p>\n First of all, that there is no licit business that is easy. It takes a lot of work and a lot of time to build a good name and become renowned in the tourism industry. I have also learned to be humble, as we work with people and by human nature we make mistakes.<\/p>\n How do you get involved with or support the local community? <\/em><\/p>\n We are founding members of World Heritage Alliance in Mexico and we keep a commitment of sustainability with the environment and with some communities we support in different ways; sometimes financially, some others with the use of products and services that benefit a marginalized sector.<\/p>\n What is your advice for those considering opening\/operating a boutique hotel? <\/em><\/p>\n That they get the help of a professional.
