"El Hotel Boutique Hacienda los Laureles en Oaxaca, ha estado asociado con Hoteles Boutique de México por más de 11 años, uno de los primeros 10 miembros cuando se fundo la empresa con John Youden.
Durante mi asociación con está compañía de 5 estrellas, yo como propietario y director del hotel he tenido excelente relación con la administración de HBM.
HBM solicita altos estándares en cada uno de sus hoteles, equivalentes a cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas en el mundo, con motivación para el personal, servicio a clientes y siempre pendientes de la calidad, fijada por HBM, hace varios años por su fundador y director. Sylvie y su esposo Miguel, hoteleros de alto nivel, que han trabajado con HBM.
El servicio de HBM siempre ha estado enfocado en buscar lo mejor para los hoteles, ya sean Resorts o como en mi caso una antigua Hacienda que fué convertida en hotel en el año 2000.
Con los años que tenemos formando parte de HBM, nuestro hotel se ha beneficiado ampliamente. Con estratégias sólidas de mercadotecnia, sistema de reservaciones y manteniendo contacto con agencias de viajes de alto nivel y escritores especializados en turismo.

Durante la crisis de Oaxaca, y posteriormente durante la crisis financiera global, la crisis en San Felipe Oaxaca, HBM nos apoyo en muchos aspectos financieros y morales, "Continua sonriendo Peter, estamos aquí para ayudar".

The experience was very good, both for the MBH’s Concierge team and for the organization, who made arrangements for our nice stay.
Our favorite moment was the outdoors dinner ate the hotel’s restaurant where we delighted in fresh fish and seafood and in a dreamy and romantic environment.
Of course I would recommend my family and friends to reserve through MBH.

"The Boutique Hotel Hacienda Los Laureles in Oaxaca, Mexico has been associated with the Mexico Boutique Hotels for more than 11 years, or so to speak of one of the first 10 members when starting years ago with the Founder John Youden.
During my Association with this 5 Star Company myself as owner and director of the Hotel had some wonderful relation with the management of HBM.
HBM demands high standards for each hotel, equal to any 5 star hotel worldwide, with employee motivation, Guest Relation and always upkeep of the quality, sett by HBM, many years ago by the Founder and Director of HBM than and now Owners, of HBM. Sylvie and her Husband Miguel a very trough top level Hotelier, who have worked with the HBM Collection for many years.
The service of HBM has been focus always, what is best for the hotel, is it a Resort or in my case an older Hacienda converted into a hotel in the year 2000.
With the many years being part of HBM, our hotel has benefitted greatly. With strong Marketing, the Reservation System and maintain contact with top level Tourist related Travel Agents, and Hospitality Writers.
Special note
During the Oaxaca Crisis, and there after the world wide Financial Crisis and there after a other Crisis in Oaxaca in San Felipe, HBM stud by in many aspects of financial and moral support, "Keep smiling Peter we are here to help".
