Casa Lucila
Located in the beautiful port of Mazatlan “La Perla del Pacifico”, Casa Lucila retains its original facade that mixes colonial and neoclassical influences.
Conchita Valadés, a Mazatlan native, after seeing the abandoned property and its spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, fell completely in love with it and decided to take the challenge of restoring it and converting it into a boutique hotel. After two years of hard work and tireless efforts to revive the property to its original glory, Casa Lucila Hotel Boutique opened its doors on October 13, 2007.
The boutique hotel emerged with new life, with full services, a few steps away from the beach and a thriving Historic Center.
Conchita decided the name of Casa Lucila in honor of her mother Lucila Valdez de Valadés. Lucila had thirteen children, of which eight were women. Each of the eight rooms features the name of one of her daughters. In 2018 Grupo Arhe takes over the property, keeping up with the warmth and service that distinguishes it today.

Located on the ground floor with views to the main patio, Alma is the only suite featuring two double beds.
Suite Lucy
Located on the second floor, Lucy is the most intimate room and has a queen-size bed.
Suite Marina
Located on the second floor, it has a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean and access to a semi-private patio, Marina is the second largest room.
Suite Esther
Located on the second floor with a view of the Pacific Ocean and access to a semi-private patio, Esther is ideal for watching the sun rise, offering stunning views, even from the bathroom.
Suite Chayito
Located on the second floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean, it has access to a semi-private patio with table and chairs, it is ideal for watching the sunset.
Suite Lety
Located on the second floor with a view of the Pacific Ocean and access to a semi-private patio with a table and chairs, Lety has a king size bed.
Suite Lupita
Located on the third floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean and immediate access to the infinity pool, Lupita offers an unobstructed view of the ocean from the bed.
Suite Conchita
Located on the third floor, it has a view of the Pacific Ocean and immediate access to the infinity pool, Conchita is the largest and most spacious room with a private patio and lounge chairs.
Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT POLICY:
To confirm your reservation, you must prepay 50% of your total stay when booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 working days before arrival.
If your reservation is made 7 days prior to your arrival date, full payment is required for your whole stay.
For reservations with arrival dates between December 20th and January 6th, 100% payment for the total stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is no penalty for cancellations received 72hrs hours before the arrival date. During high season (Summer, Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter) the rates are not refundable.
MINORS POLICY:
The hotel welcome guest over 18 years.

A place designed for the guest to enjoy effective body, mind and soul treatments. It offers a wide variety of massages, as well as manicure and pedicure services.
All treatments lasting 1 hour have a cost of $ 60 USD (prices are subject to change). Reservations are required, but some services may be available the same day.
