Located in the heart of the Magic Town of Talpa de Allende, Jalisco, this property originally served as the home of the parents of its current owner, who, with the firm conviction of contributing to the tourist and economic development of the town, decided to pay homage to his roots by creating a space in which many more people could enjoy the attributes and warm hospitality which highlights its inheritance.

Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT POLICY:
To confirm your reservation, you must prepay 50% of your total stay when booking. The remaining 50% is due three days before arrival, or 7 working days before the arrival, if the payment is made with American Express.
If your reservation is made 7 days prior to your arrival date, full payment is required for your whole stay.
For reservations with arrival dates between December 20th and January 6th, 100% payment for the total stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
During medium and low seasons, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date for a full refund. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours prior to the arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable.
During high season, cancellation should be made 7 days before the arrival date for a full refund.
MINOR POLICY:
The hotel is suitable for families with minors. Children from 0 to 11 years old do not generate an extra cost, from 12 years old they pay an additional person rate ($ 450MXN per night).
PETS POLICY:
The hotel is not suitable for receiving pets, except in special cases with assistance animals.
