Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT POLICY...
To confirm your reservation, you must prepay 50% of your total stay when booking. The remaining 50% is due three day before arrival, or 7 working days before the arrival if the payment is made with American Express.
If your reservation is made 7 days prior to your arrival date, full payment is required for your whole stay.
For reservations with arrival dates between December 20th and January 6th, 100% payment for the total stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY...
Any change to the reservation or cancellation must be made before 6:00 PM on the arrival day. After that period, reservations will be penalized with the total stay. Once the Check-In is done, no changes or cancellations are allowed on the original reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY...
Two children under 12 will be accepted without cost sharing room with their parents. Minors over 12 will be considered as an extra person.
Maximum 4 people in a double room
Maximum 2 people in a single room (King and Queen size bed)
The application of these rates is exclusive for individual reservations.
PETS POLICY...
Pets are not allowed (only assistance animals are accepted for any medical condition).
