The beautiful Capella Ixtapa has share with us a beverage ideal for the most romantic month of the year.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Tanqueray Ten Gin
• 1 oz. Cocoa cream
• 1 oz. Rose petal water
• 3/4 lemon juice
• 5 gr ginger
• 4 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine

Preparation:
Place in a mixer vase the Gin, cocoa cream, rose petal water, lime juice & ginger, add 30 grams of ice, shake energetically for 10 seconds and pour in a champagne glass, add then the sparkling wine.

Glass: champagne glass
Garnish: 2 rose petals
