Sauna comes from the Finnish word describing a steam bath performed in a closed place at high temperatures. There are two kinds of saunas:

1. Wet: In this case the temperature does not go above 70°C and humidity is high; it is also known as Turkish bath.
2. Dry: Temperature ranges between 80° and 90° C with humidity below 20%.
Sauna is beneficial thanks to the abundant and quick toxin release occurring through sweating, accompanied by the activation of blood circulation.
