Omar Maya
In love with his hometown, Omar is an ambassador of his regios. His love with photography starta in the House of Culture of Oaxaca. In 1997 he join the Active Photographic School of Morelos.
Back at his hometown, he colaborated in different special projects for a variety of government institutions, among them the City Hall of Oaxaca and months later he joins the area of Social Communication Oaxca Cultures Institute. In 2001 he arrives to the Social Communication of the State Government. Along with it he also makes social photography and runways with recognized Oaxca designers such as Fabiola Calvo and Elvia Burgos.
He has colaborate with magazines like “Guía Cultural” and “El Sitio ideal” of private inicitaive, as well as articles and in newspapers. He participated in the Expo Photo in 19998, as well as in some collective art shows.
